- We use 1st Class Royal Mail (for United Kingdom) and Standard International Royal Mail service (for international delivery) but larger orders that exceed maximum allowed size/weight may be upgraded to courier shipping (such as Parcelforce, Hermes, DHL, UPS or FedEx).
- Orders are typically delivered within 2 – 3 business days (for United Kingdom), 3 – 5 business days (for Europe and Central Asia) and 6 – 7 business days (for Africa/South America/East Asia) after dispatch. Please note Royal Mail delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Important note for international shipments – depending on regulations in your country you may need to pay additional import taxes, duty or delivery charges (for example: customs clearance and handling fees) to receive your goods. These fees generally vary based on item type, dimensions, country of origin, shipment value and your local import tax and duty regulations. It is not possible to estimate them accordingly on our end so please check with your local authorithy for more information. In case that any of them will apply, Serpent Publishing is not responsible for any additional charges once a purchase is made on the site and the buyer acknowledges to pay for them if necessary. Serpent Publishing will not accept it as a valid reason for return and refund an order if the buyer refuses to cover such charges when they might be subject to.
PAYMENT:
- We accept payments in fiat using PayPal (PayPal balance, all major debit/credit cards*) and Stripe (all major debit/credit cards).
- We also accept payments in multiple cryptocurrencies using CoinPayments.
- All transactions are 100% secure.
- *Please note that PayPal account is optional for finalizing transactions but PayPal system still can be used as card payment processor. In order to use debit/credit card during checkout with PayPal, when prompted click "Create an Account" (account creation will be optional in next step). On the following screen fill in your billing address and card information and then proceed as guest/checkout without creating PayPal account (phrasing on this screen slightly varies depending on your country).
PACKAGING:
- All framed prints are posted in secure cardboard box.
- Unframed A4 size prints are posted in secure stiff cardboard-backed DO NOT BEND envelope.
- Unframed A3/A3+ size prints rolled and posted in secure postal tubes.
RETURNS:
- If for you are unhappy with your order we can issue a refund if the items are returned to us undamaged and in a resalable condition within 14 days*.
- Please notify us using e-mail or contact form and include your order details and the reason for return.
- Please always include note with invoice or order number in your return parcel so this can be traced back to your transaction.
- Goods returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
- *Please note that unwanted items are returned at the expense of the customer.
