Q: I don't have PayPal account. Can I pay with a debit/credit card?
Yes! PayPal account is optional for finalizing transactions but PayPal system is still required to use as card payment processor. In order to use debit/credit card during checkout please select PayPal option, then "Create an Account" (account creation will be optional in next step). On the following screen fill in your billing address and card information and then proceed as guest/checkout without creating PayPal account (phrasing on this screen slightly varies depending on your country).

Q: Do you accept bank transfers/wire transfers?
Sorry, but currently we don't accept this payment method.

Q: Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?
Yes, we do! Please select CoinPayments method at checkout to see list of currently supported cryptocurrencies.

Q: Do you take requests for other designs?
Definitely, we are always looking to expand our catalogue. Please get in touch with us. Alternatively you can use our service to create your own print by uploading custom image.

Q: Do you offer larger print sizes?
At the moment we offer up to A3+ (A3 PLUS) size but if enough requests are made we are happy to expand our offer. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates.

Q: Can you trim/resize prints to custom dimensions?
Yes, we can trim and/or resize prints to smaller sizes than ones listed on the website. Please let us know in advance (before buying) if you want custom sized print.

Q: Can I have frames without plexi glass?
Yes, that is not a problem. We can remove plexi glass before shipping for you. Please leave us a note to do so during checkout (order notes in checkout).

Q: What's the benefit of using mounts (mats)?
Mounts (mats) provide additional spacing between frame glass and print. Thanks to this prints are less likely to get damaged and will last longer. Additionally they visually enhance the artwork by drawing the eye towards it and making it pop from the frame.
